- S!GN Consulting does not promise admission to any students in any specific university as it is solely based at the discretion of the university themselves.
- The Fees paid by the student/applicant/client for overseas consulting/competitive exams coaching/training/consulting is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- S!GN Consulting considers that the certificates/any other documents submitted by the student/applicant is genuine as we do not entertain any false documents under any circumstances. We consider that the documents/certificates submitted by the student/applicant (This includes filling up the S!GN Consulting Application Form) at face value and as stated by the applicant themselves as genuine. S!GN Consulting will not be held responsible if in case in future any problem arises as a result of any of these.
- Force Majeure clause is applicable. The student/applicant/client does not have any right to question S!GN Consulting on its Consultation Process and will not have any right to question on the documentation checklist (in case of overseas consulting) or claim any damages that may arise as a result of any of these.
- S!GN Consulting reserves the right to change its fee for overseas consulting/competitive exams coaching/training/consulting without prior notice. Further, S!GN Consulting retains the right for group discounts given to students/applicant/client and can cancel/change without any prior intimation.
- Any Faculty/ Employee (Full Time/Part Time/Visiting Faculty) cannot share the contents/strategy/materials/contact numbers/any details sensitive to the business of S!GN Consulting to anyone. Faculty/Employee will adhere to all the terms and conditions laid out by S!GN Consulting. Further, any employee/faculty (Full Time/Part Time/Visiting Faculty) cannot harm/defame the reputation of S!GN Consulting brand under any circumstances, during and even after leaving the company. If found doing so, S!GN Consulting will not hesitate to take any legal action against the Faculty/Employee.
- Every student is requested to collect the Fee Receipt after the payment. If the student has not collected, then it is the fault of the student as it is his/her right to collect the receipt for the same. Further students have to pay the fee within the stipulated time in case of payments made in instalments. Generally it is within 7 to 10 days (No more than 14 days) for most of the courses and 21 days for CAT long term course. If the candidate has not paid the balanced fee as indicated in the stipulated time above, then his/her admission is deemed to be cancelled.

By enrolling for the Overseas Consulting/Competitive Exams Coaching/Training/Consulting or even during the counselling process with S!GN Consulting, the student/applicant/client hereby agrees to all the terms & conditions. The student/applicant/client hereby agree not to dispute these terms under any circumstances and will not have any right to take any legal action against S!GN Consulting. The student/applicant/client give 100% right to S!GN Consulting to take any legal proceedings if in case any attempt is made to harm/defame the reputation of brand under any circumstances. In case of any legal proceedings, S!GN Consulting reserves the right to hold it in the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad and as such the laws of India will apply.
